Couch to 5k

Anyone fancy partnering up? Just done day one! Was easier than I thought it was going to be. Been a long time since I have ran.

Hi teawomen there is a good thread on here called Couch to 5K- fantastic plan that works for all. It's got a good mix of people who have just started or nearly finished and everyone in between.

I've just finished week six today, it doesn't seem two minutes since I started it. Keep it going, I quite like pushing myself now even if it's hard at the time.
