What to do after 30 Day Shred?

Ok so DP & I have been doing the 30 Day Shred 3 or 4 days a week since January. Combining this with running and cycling. Although I haven't really lost weight I have definitely toined up and especially noticed my stomach muscles improving!

Have been doing Level 3 for a while now and getting bored. Am not saying I am finding it really easy or anything but would like to now try a different DVD for something new and mix up with the 30 Day Shred.

Any recommendations? I do have Davina and Nell DVDs but they didn't really do it for me!

I used to do a lot of DVDs before breaking my arm in Nov. Getting back into it slowly now-just started 30DS again and feeling sore!

If you are getting your cardio through running and cycling then you might enjoy toning by alternating a couple of Jillian DVDs. No more trouble zones and 6week 6pack would probably give excellent results.

If you are looking for a similar format to the 30DS then Ripped in 30 is good.

I have only really gone for it with Jillian DVDs so can't suggest any of the Davina or Nell ones.

Insanity. Or Jillian's 6 week 6 pack if you like to target your core whilst getting cardio in elsewhere.
