Ok so DP & I have been doing the 30 Day Shred 3 or 4 days a week since January. Combining this with running and cycling. Although I haven't really lost weight I have definitely toined up and especially noticed my stomach muscles improving!
Have been doing Level 3 for a while now and getting bored. Am not saying I am finding it really easy or anything but would like to now try a different DVD for something new and mix up with the 30 Day Shred.
Any recommendations? I do have Davina and Nell DVDs but they didn't really do it for me!
