Any ideas? I'm quite fit from an aerobic point of view and fairly strong. I would like to get a bit more responsive/reactive and generally more agile and quick.

Trail running? I've started doing that once or twice a week instead of road running all the time. There's uneven terrain, mud, sharp turns, fallen trees, lumps, bumps and hills. One wrong move and you're in the ditch Grin It depends where you live though, I'm lucky to have some good trails nearby.

Thanks for answering. Good idea.

I was going to say trail running too. Kickboxing also good?

Thank you for the reply. I live in a fairly manicured area but I think I could try imaginary fell running. (a hop, skip and a jump here and there, haha). I'm not sure about kick boxing as I'm a fairly hefty woman in her fifties ( although fit enough to run, swim, ski etc.). I'd like to be less lumbering and more nimble on my feet.
Someone suggested Scottish country dancing, I nearly wet myself.
