Just wanted to make people aware of the above challenge - to run/walk/cycle 5km a day for 50 consecutive days (or do 30 mins of equivalent exercise every day).
I need something to motivate me as I've fallen off the exercise wagon a bit lately so I've signed up. Am quite looking forward to seeing if I can do it. Although a bit daunted too....
