Yeah I've read Running like a girl, Feet in the clouds, Running with Kenyans, Books by Ultramarathoners Jurek and Karnasez (Ultramarathons fascinate me), Born to Run, of course, I love them.
I also love hearing abvout women who started late in life like Helen Klein (American ultramarathoner) now in her 70s or 80s, The iron nun who does loads of ironman triathalons and Priscilla Welch who started eartlier at 36 but made the Olympics wgen she was 39 and set lots of Masters records thereafter.
I think the wonderful thing about running is you can start late and if you discover you are good at it, could go on to set Masters World records ( we can dream!)
