Exercise classes. Do you watch the instructor/yourself in the mirror/the others?

A random discussion after exercise class today.
I always watch the instructor and occasionally check myself in grimly unflattering mirror to make sure I'm not doing something wrong like droopy/arching back in a plank or not pulling tummy in and sticking bottom out in a squat.

Other people said variously
A) they always watch everyone else but never themselves as they don't like looking at themselves
B) they watch the experienced/fittest person in class
C) they watch prison directly in front/next to them
D) they avoid the mirrors at all costs and usually shut their eyes where possible (which I can see is do-able if doing push ups or sit ups or something but not if standing up or jumping about surely?)

Anyway so I thought I'd ask what you all do?

Same as you.

My class is in a church hall - no mirrors. Brilliant!

I watch the instructor and the people in front.

Instructor, as they tend to get it right. Sometimes will cast an eye around the room if I can't see the instructor well.
