Looking for some sensible advice! Friend has signed up for a half marathon and is 'talking' me into doing it with her, I've only just started back doing a bit of running again after having dd3, before pregnancy was doing a lot of running/races with this friend, she reckons knowing me, that my fitness doesn't take long to come up to speed but I'm just thinking am I mad!!! Still have about a stone of pregnancy weight to loose but I am really tempted I've got the running bug again since starting back??? Any good advice????
