Can't decide if this should be posted here or in health but..
I've got a moderate/severe cystocele sweet joy, just waiting to see consultant but v.likely to need surgery. I'm a keen runner and was just building up my distances after having 2DC when my insides fell out cystocele occurred.
It's killing me not running. Can I still run at all? Swimming etc doesn't cut it for me and the pool is miles away. Has anyone got any experience? I'm wondering if it needs surgery anyway then is there any real harm in continuing to run?
Any advice/experience greatly received.
