I have been going running for around 10 weeks now 2-3 times a week. I feel like I'm ready to do something different aswell as I'm getting a bit bored!
I have a friend who does pole dancing and it looks so exciting.
Can you tell me more about it?
I'm a size 12-14 and I'm feeling a little embarrassed about wanting to go. I have quite a large belly for my size I think and I don't want to look like a whale in comparison to everyone else.
I won't have anyone to go with either which doesn't help!
I was thinking of paying for one £20 one to one session to see how I feel about starting the classes.
Please tell me about when you started at pole lessons?
I want to do it but I'm scared!
