It's not normal is it?!
Ds1 and I have just started C25k. I've been fine (we did W2R1 today) whilst out, feeling fit and enjoying it, but then an hour or so after getting back and showering etc I get really really cold. My fngernails are blue. I'm wearing 2 jumpers and the heating's on.
Why am I like this and is there anything I can do about it?! Don't want to give up the running but this bit makes it much less enjoyable!
For info - am overweight. Not unfit but carrying excess baggage (13 stone & 5' 8", size 14), not sure if that has an effect?
Any ideas please?! Or anyone else like me? Has it improved at all?
