Five minutes on arms

Can anyone recommend me a quick five minutes on toning upper arms? I already do exercise, but i want to give my arms a little more but with little more time. I have looked on Pinterest etc but there are so many I really don't know what to pick. My arms are pretty weak.

how about circles? stand straight, arms out and a small bottle of water in each hand or dumbells and do 20 circular movements in one direction & 20 in the other. Not large circles but small ones so you really keep your arms level.

We did these in martial arts exercise classes.

Thanks. I'll try that. I can find lots that seem to exercise the front of the arm, but not so many for the baggy back bit.

these are very good for firming up triceps, you'll notice there's an easier and a more difficult version to use as you get stronger

press ups are also good

Thanks very much for those. I did find something suggesting dips and I sturggled around a bit with DS's step stool with ridiculous resluts this afternoon. I'm sure I'll do better after I 've watched those.

Anything to actually avoid?
