Am old knackered ex dancer in early 40s with some yoga experience (classical sivananda/Hathaway).
Want to practice at home, already do plenty of dance/ fitness classes so not seeking this as main fitness activity. Basically shallow and stressed would like nice music, preferably accompanied by outdoor scenery, clear direction, relaxation as well as strength work, emphasis on breathing and correct alignment.
. I've heard good things about Tara Lee.
