What should I be doing?

I'm mid twenties, and fairly fit. I'm a size 8, around 9 stone and have 32C boobs.

I want to slim my waist, keep my thighs and bum trim (both are a bit wobbly) and hopefully tone my stomach. I have a bulge around my womb that is proving particularly hard to shift. I really don't want to loose my round bum or boobage at all - I'm after an hourglass shape.

I hate jogging (but will do it if I must) and I swim and hike on occasion. But I'm getting the feeling I need to do some more targeted work to get the body I want - currently quite column-like.

Problem is I'm clueless.

Going to start legs, bums and tums this week, and do some aerobics too, but what else should I be doing? What will work?

New to all of this!

body pump is good for toning. Powerhoop (if there are classes in your area) is good for slimming and toning the waist/hip area too

www.powerhoop.co.uk/ - the woman on the homepage is my instructor and a powerhoop master trainer

Ok, this sounds great! Any advice for the lower tummy podge?
