What did1 entail??

Laetissimus · 22/01/2014 12:03

5 min warm up walk
60 seconds of running/jogging
90 seconds of walking
Then the 60 of running/jogging
90 seconds of walking ..........
Then 5 min warm down walk
Doesn't sound very hard but was for me!!
Had a rest day yesterday and just completed my second day (still found it quite hard)
I am hoping it will get easier Shock

All above for total of half an hour

It gets easier. I can now run for over 30 mins and wouldn't have done it otherwise.

Laetissimus · 23/01/2014 13:04

Wow
Well done -
Running for 1 minute seems like a huge effort at the mo
I have quite short legs and can walk at 3 mile an hour and jog at 4 mile an hour (is this very slow?) - I cannot do faster yet as all seems such an effort, I do not want to give up so slow and steady I guess is better than the 'nothing' I was doingGrin

Keep going. I too have short legs and can do it.

Walked at 3mph,
