What are you supposed to wear under tight capri pants to avoid vpl?

I wear these. I think you can get special running pants but those ones work fine for me, I just buy them in a size bigger than I need so they're extra comfy.

I was advised to go commando but I found it too uncomfortable.

I just wear normal everyday knickers.

When I am running, comfort is key.

Nothing.

I gave up on knickers under running tights a few years ago and it's much more comfortable without.

When I was marathon training I got friction burns from my knicker elastic and I haven't worn knickers since.

I am not sure I could go commando. What do others do?

What do others wear to avoid VPL?

I wear a thong.....never gone commando before.

Should I try it!?

M&S no vpl pants but always a size up to make sure they are truly no vpl!

Vpl is the last thing I worry about... My bright red sweaty head, the sweat patches under my arms and my fringe is scraped out of my face and held with clips all come first!

I'm already looking far from sexy when I exercise!

Oh god, commando would be so much better than a thong!

Give it a go, you might not look back. I can't stand the thought of knickers under my running tights now.

My tops all cover most of my bum though, they are not super fitted ones that stop at the waist band iyswim.

I was running behind someone last week who had a very short running too on and no knickers under her running tights. I couldn't take my eyes off her bum cheeks rising and falling I so didn't want to look but my eyes were just drawn to it!

I'm a thong wearer too, although for my super cheap karimor leggings I have to wear shorts under as you can actually see the pink of my bum cheeks otherwise- lovely!!!

I wear big pants and dont really worry about vpl
