Up until approx 3 months ago I was a fitness addict, sometimes spending 2-3 hours at the gym 5 times a week plus horse riding and walking the dog etc. 3 months ago I landed in hospital, I've had a shoulder injury, found out was pregnant and had a bleed so have been a lazy arse and taken it easy.... This morning I went for a jog. 20mins it about killed me (I have had this god awful head cold though so im blaming that aswell) I know you aren't suppose to start new regimes when pregnant but do you think im ok to gradually start little and often jogs to get me back moving again?? I've really really missed the gym and classes I used to do and now im 13 weeks pregnant want to be as fit as possible through the pregnancy?
Help please!

Thanks.

When you're pregnant you can't get to the point "it almost killed me". it's dangerous. Even when not pregnant a 2 or 3 months break means you start from zero again. Go to the class you enjoy, maybe stay near the door, and when you're tired, leave the room.
There are tons of ways to adapt your fitness routine to your pregnancy. but you must listen to your body now!
And by the way congratulations Thanks for your pregnancy!
