I have recently joined a swimming club and I train 3 times a week. I am finding the sessions ok despite not really having exercised since I fell pregnant in Sept '12 (baby born June '13). I swam competitively as a child and techiqnue seems to be carrying me through.
However my pelvis feels uncomfortable & twingy over the past few days. A bit period pain like but I am not due on for a couple of weeks. I am wondering if it is the swimming...
I did have mild SPD when pregnant but haven't had any issues since as far as I am aware.
Obviously the answer is to to go the Dr's if it continues but thought I'd ask if anyone on here has experienced similar?
I guess 3 times a week for an hour is fairly full on, but the timings of the sessions work so well as DH at home to look after the kids so want to make the most of it.
