Started this tonight. Anyone get good results?

If so how often did you do it?

I do it about twice a week, mixed in with her other workouts.

It's probably my favourite of hers. :) I loved seeing Anita and Natalie from the Shred again, the atmosphere is good, the moves are challenging. She gives some good tips about how to make it ahrder when you've mastered everything, too.

I find it easier than BFBM but harder than Shred... it's just a good, reasonably tricky, effective workout.

I'm doing Ripped in 30 with Killer on the side (Ripped 3x a week and Killer for any extra sessions I manage). It certainly feels effective and the other women on the Jillian Michaels thread really rate it. I'm not looking forward to L2 though as I hear it's hard. I've done shred and 6w6p but I struggle to do some of the beginner moves in Killer L1. At least it means there's plenty left in it for me.
