I have been toying with the idea of buying one of those ab belts that are supposed to help you tone up your stomach muscles but I can't make my mind up about them.
I am slightly overweight and I am trying to shift the fat from around my stomach by cutting out the booze, going to spin class and swimming/jogging... so, providing I keep up with the cardio, will an ab belt help me to do this? Or are they a gimmicky waste of money?
