Hello
Can anyone recommend a workout DVD for me. Basically I am at home with one or two little people a lot of the time and after something that tones quickly and maybe add strength (although don't have weights anymore). I could do with losing some pounds, however do loads of walking and find the the leaping about and warm ups although necessary a bit tideous. l prefer strenuous floor stretching etc. I had my mind on Davina Mccall or Jillian Michaels. Any thoughts?
