Mini trampoline??

First time posting in this topic but here goes..

I lost a lot of weight (2 stone) last year after coming out of a horrible relationship.

Since being in my current relationship it has crept back on and I'm now back to a size 14 and 11ish stone.

I have been given a mini trampoline and was hoping for some tips/advice on how to use it. Is it as simple as bouncing? I tried YouTube but no luck :(

I took a class on this a few years ago. We bounced around a lot (running on the spot, jumping jacks, etc) doing weight exercises and twists. We also did a bunch of core exercises where you use your core muscles to keep stability iygwim. It was REALLY good. Let me find you the link.

I've just checked and YouTube has similar. Look for rebounding and/or Bellicon videos.

Thank you Zee! I've been doing high knees, star jumps etc etc with some twists so hopefully I see a difference soon ish Smile
