First time posting in this topic but here goes..
I lost a lot of weight (2 stone) last year after coming out of a horrible relationship.
Since being in my current relationship it has crept back on and I'm now back to a size 14 and 11ish stone.
I have been given a mini trampoline and was hoping for some tips/advice on how to use it. Is it as simple as bouncing? I tried YouTube but no luck :(
