Mine has got to be the time of the month Shock
I do it on the treadmill and I feel so bloody dizzy and exhausted.
Just finished week 4 and enjoying it so much! Can't wait to complete it.

What are your biggest challenges when completing your runs?

Time was my biggest challenge - especially as I started in September and the night drew in.

Once I'd decided that running in the dark was ok, I was fine.

I found week 5 to week 6 scary, so much so that I kept going back weeks rather than carry on.
I can do 5 k now but I'm so slow. My challenge now is trying to bring my te down.

Getting past week 5! I got that far several times last year but never managed to get beyond it for one reason or another. It is not going to happen this year. I'm into week 5 now and am going to push on.

I just hope it doesn't snow or get too icy.

I've just started week 6, doing the first run tonight!

Has anyone used the iPhone app to do the runs? As I think mines messed up recently! A few nights ago I was running for 18 minutes and it said I'd done 4.5, not sure if it's been programmed wrong for a few runs

Rain. Dark. Getting home from work knackered and angsty.

For me the hardest part was sticking to it once I completed it,
Must get back to it when the dcs go back to school Smile
