Good programme/app for C25K graduates

Hi

Wasn't sure whether to create a new thread for this as I know there's been some talk about it in the "Cage your inner chimp" thread but here goes.....

Is anyone following any kind of "structured" post-C25K running programme? I "graduated" a few months back and have just been running and noting down how long I run for (time rather than distance) but am finding I could do with something a bit more structured to aspire to and keep me motivated. I did the NHS Choices 5K+ stamina run the other day but can't imagine doing it more than once or twice. I downloaded the "5K forever" app but was very disappointed with it - it just tells you to "run x minutes at your normal pace" then "run x minutes a bit faster." I was expecting it to set the pace a bit like Laura does in 5k+ stamina.

I can/only want to run a maximum of 3 times a week so don't want a full-on training programme but I am coming round to the idea of trying to go from 5K to 10K. At the moment I am running for between 36 and 40 minutes and have mapped this out at 6.85km. I have made a note of an app called 5k-to-10k by Active.com which is designed for people who only want to run 3 times a week. Has anyone tried that or any others out there which I might like?

Thanks

Anjelika

zenlabs 10k free is good, just start it at the same week the 5k finishes.
