Does anyone have a routine they do with dumbbells at home? I really want to tone up my upper body!

Eggy, yes it's possible to use dumbells at home to improve upper body muscle tone, try searching on you tube.

You can also use body weight exercises such as pressups and dips

Here's my routine:

Lower body:
Lunge
Front squat
Wide-legged squat
Romanian deadlift

Upper body:
Bicep curl
Tricep extension
Upright row
Bent-over row
Overhead shoulder press
Chest flye/press (machine) (if at gym)
Pulldown (machine) (if at gym)
Side bend
Side twist
Plank

I'm currently doing P90X as my upper body strength was lacking, it's an amazing all rounder as well as building up my strength.

Yes, there are loads of apps with routines one them.

I use weights at the gym, but my routine (using only dumbbells and a swiss ball) is:

fixed lunges (holding dumbbells)
bicep curls (with dumbbells)
shoulder presses (ditto)
front and side planks
press ups
front and side curls on swiss ball
squats (with swiss ball against the wall) - dynamic and holding
tricep lifts (with dumbbell) or tricep dips

You could try the 30 day shred - it's made a considerable difference to my upper body strength (and legs/abs too) - only 20 mins a day. You do it with whatever size dumbells suits you.
