Bras and socks!

Hi wise ladies of mumsnet

I could do with some advice in terms of underwear. Thanks to the advice of the style and beauty bra gurus, I have recently realised I am a 30DD rather than the 34B I've worn for years. I need some new sports bras and haven't seen any small backed ones - anyone got any tried and tested recommendations?
Whilst I am on the running wear topic, does anyone wear specific socks for running? I just wear ordinary ones but wondered if there was anything more comfortable out there?
Thanks in advance!

Lots of sports bras out there in a 30 back, most start at a 28. Freya Active, Shock Absorber, Panache all have 30DD in their ranges. You'll probably be fine with any of those makes, though the Panache is a beast of a bra and brilliant for F's and above, it's possibly overkill for D's. Socks, I tend to buy multi packs of cheap low rise trainer socks, Slazenger are cheap in Sports Direct.

I can't find a shock absorber run bra in a 28, the 30 starts off ok but quickly loses its grip and becomes a bit pointless - I like them a lot but either I'm shrinking or they get baggier with use, so will lurk here for more recommendations.

I do wear specific socks, my favourites are kalenjii but I just like the colours Blush they haven't got any magical properties other than not slipping into my shoe, still have yucky sweaty feet

Shock Absorber Run Bra is fab.
I like Hilly running socks most of the time. They are non sweaty and padded at pressure points, but Pearl Izumi merino socks in winter keep my feet wam.
