Hi, I'm looking for a new challenge having completed my first 'proper' 10k at the Great Scottish Run recently and came across sprint triathlons.
I currently do spin 3x a wk, 2/3 gym sessions & a 6k run once a week.
I've just started doing bodypump and a 1k swim once a week.
Does anybody do these & what kind of training do you do?
I'm still around 1/2 stone overweight so am I mad to even consider this??
