I'm going to start swimming again, but am not one for ploughing up and down, I find it easier to break up the swim by doing intervals/sets.
Last year used the Swim4Fitness plans, which are great but aren't easy to print out and take to the pool to refer to.
Any hints of where to find one? There are lots on google but they suffer a similar fate of being almost impossible to print legibly. I'd like a plan or programme to refer to for the progression...
