Has anyone done this? Assume I overdid it on the bike at the weekend. No sudden pop but woke up yesterday struggling to put weight on it. More sore today, limping but just about getting around. I don't think it's that bad as no swelling or bruising but wondering whether I need to see physio or not just yet.

Obviously want to recover as quickly as possible.
