Question about 30 day shred.

Hi all,
I'm on L1 D3 of this and while I'm not completely unfit I did expect it to hurt, which it is, I don't like that it's mostly my calves that are the worst area affected.
I DON'T want huge calves :) They're fine the way they are.
Has anyone else experienced this in the first few days or has anyone gained bigger calves at the end ??? please say no

I didn't really feel it in my calves - it was my shoulders that hurt in the first few days. I'm on L2 now and no huge calves as yet! Come and join us on the October Shred Thread - lots of people there with good shred advice and experience.

You won't get huge calves. You don't have the testosterone required to gain huge calves. I do specific, heavy calf work and have spindly legs.

Please don't worry. Nobody in the history of exercise has bulked out by accident.

That's so reassuring, thanks!
I can relax now and not worry I'll end up with calves like a male Russian shot putter.
It must just be because usually when I exercise I don't jump alot and more concentrate on my thighs/bum.
