Hi all,
I'm on L1 D3 of this and while I'm not completely unfit I did expect it to hurt, which it is, I don't like that it's mostly my calves that are the worst area affected.
I DON'T want huge calves :) They're fine the way they are.
Has anyone else experienced this in the first few days or has anyone gained bigger calves at the end ??? please say no
