Having torn a muscle in my calf kickboxing in early June, I've done no exercise since. Leg h been better for a good few weeks but I've been scared. I've been able to eat my body weight unrefined carbs though...
Just did the first run. Feels like I have never exercise dbefore in my life! But I feel good and I know I will feel even better in a few weeks, and teh leg held up fine.
So, any running buddies out there just starting this month as well?
