running music?

What music do you run too? Just trying to update my playlist

I have Spotify on my phone, so I just do a playlist search for "running" and download a playlist that someone else has done all the hard work in compiling!

Varying the tempo and giving yourself a boost when you know the going is going to get tough helps. Sometimes some quieter more contemplative stuff can be good on a longer run.

It may be just me but I prefer classical stuff for running, especially if I know it well. Carmina Burana is great for my longer runs as it's an hour long.
