C25K on the treadmill. Anyone else?

I've just started C25K and completed Week 1 yesterday. I've been "running" more like sloooow jog while trying not to fall over on the treadmill and wondered if anyone else is using the treadmill and how you are finding it?
My average speed has been 3.5km/h, and the plan is to gradually increase it every week. However, I keep wondering if that is too slow. Hmm

I am on week 5 and I do 2 street runs, and one treadmill run. I find I run slower on the treadmill and cover far less distance. Do you mean 3.5 miles per hour? That would sound good, that is 5.6km/h?

I don't think speed matters one little bit, it just matters that do you it, feel that you are doing something good about your fitness and see the progression week on week.

I love the programme, really good build up and rewarding in its own way.
