go for it! I did it in Jan this year, one of the best things I've ever done :)

Go for it!

I'm a non runner too and did day 2 yesterday. It's actually easier than i'd imagined.
And you'll feel fantastic after you've done it Grin

I did it! Grin

I didn't think I was going to die and I stuck to the walk/ run without cheating.

Stupid question time...

Do I run again tomorrow or have a day off?

When it says begin your cool down (last 5 mins) I just walked. What was I meant to do? Confused

Feeling very proud of myself! Grin

I just finished my first week. I walk to cool down too. Well done!

Oh and most program's I have looked out suggest rest days to follow a run. Though I ran thurs and today. Guess I will see if that takes it toll tomorrow.

Suddengeekgirl · 13/09/2013 14:21

Thanks! :)

I'm knackered today - not sure if its the run or the fact that dd had me up 3x last night or both!
Happy to run again on saturday - actually I'm a bit excited to run again. Weird! :)

Ha that's how I feel too. Good luck.

ooh you are being drawn in already! Grin

Do try to make sure that you take the rest days, your body needs time to recover and repair, to avoid injury. Glad you enjoyed it!
