How to sort flabby......everything

Three weeks ago I joined a gym I go four times a week for an hour and have already lost 5 pounds and 4 inches but if anything my belly and upper arms seems flabbier?
The trainer keeps saying that I am toning the muscle, but what about the wobble over the muscle? I want to lose quite a few inches, I have a few health problems so have weaknesses in arms and legs so a few things I struggle to do. I have been using a sit down cross trainer, the rower and a stepper then I go onto some weights.
I am very unfit and have a long way to go but feel silly asking the gym staff about my flabby bits, what will burn the fat and tone?
Thanks in advance

just keep at it Memph, you'rve made good progress in a short time, Rome wasnt built in a day...getting into shape is a long term project, 3 weeks is nothing, keep going and you will continue to improve

Thanks for replying, I know you are right but everywhere I read and all advice I get is about toning muscle, I imagine myself with a six pack hidden beneath a wobbly pouch Grin

ok, well adding in a bit of resistance training will help to firm up your muscles.
I'm not sure if you're already doing that but you say you have weaknesses in your arms & legs so I guess it'll be a case of working with your trainer to see which exercises will suit you?

Thank you, yes doing some resistance training, just little at a time.
