Good idea to run or not?

I really want to go for a run tonight, well, restart c25k for the third time but a couple of weeks ago, I had a spasm in my back which has only just worked itself out (today is the first day without painkillers).

Would it be a good idea bearing in mind I would only be running in 60 second bursts, or should I leave it for a few days?

How do you find walking today?

Walking was fine. We went to the coast today so wandered around all day with no pain

I'd probably give it a go then. With a good long warm up and concentrating on posture all the time. Have you ever done any Pilates? Think core strength and protecting your back. Good luck Grin

I've been doing some gentle pilates stretches to help with the spasm, so I'll do some before I go and when I get back as well
