Two weeks to make my upper arms presentable?

I'm a bridesmaid in just over two weeks and while the dress is lovely on with the help of spanx my upper arms are very flabby. I should have done something about it months ago but here I am.

Any suggestions for a two-week upper arm boot camp? I do have some weights gathering dust somewhere Grin

Today I'm halfway through a 30 day tricep dip challenege and have noticed a difference. I need a similar programme for biceps - might just follow a similar pattern but use weights and do curls!

I'm using this one.

I can't imagine you can noticeably change your arms in two weeks to be honest. Maybe some bicep and tricep curls, some tricep dips would help a little but..............

Fake tan.

Unless you have zero body fat, exercise won't make ANY difference. Even then it would be minimal.

I started the 30 day shred 2 weeks ago and my upper arms are noticeably firmer - and the rest of me. Combine it with a high protein, low carb diet and I reckon you can do a lot in two weeks.

I'm quite realistic about my ability to change anything at this stage but I'd like to feel like I'd made some effort. Grin

I do have a shred DVD gathering dust, and it's long overdue an outing so this might be a good excuse to have another go at that. I've been plagued with muscular injuries over the last two years which has hampered my previous attempts to get fit, so it's time to stop making excuses and get on with it I think!

Thanks for all the posts.
