I have been looking for the Michael Mosley documentary discussing this but can't find it. I would love to know the basic methodology (how many minutes/how often) and also if you do this at home, what do you do? I do have an ancient elliptical trainer I might be able to use or should I go for something like jumping jacks/lifting very heavy weights?

Hiya,
I found fitnesblender.com to be good for this. They have a variety of routines to do at home, including Hiit and tabata style.
Some of them are real tough! I find them more interesting than the proposed running/cycling ones I've seen, but I don't think they're for purists.

I'd be interested to hear what you think Smile
