Question re 30 Day Tricep or Squat Challenges

Anyone know if you have to do each block of tricep dips/squats together, or can you split them up?

I.e. when you get to the stage where you are doing 100 of either, do you have to do 100 in one sitting, or can you split them throughout the day?
