That's it really.....

I have the 30 day shred and a couple of the Davina ones.

I need to begin excersising again as I am unfit and overweight.

Any recommendations please?

I know they are a bit old fashioned, but I like the Joanna Hall ones. A lot of the older ones are for sale second hand on ebay or amazon, so you can pick them up really cheaply. I find I get bored of the same DVD after a while so this way I can chop and change without shelling out lots of money.

Mr motivator BLT is really good when I feel like switching from the shred for a bit. Is longer than the shred but u can add sections or delete sections u cant be bothered to do certain bits.

Tae bo! Really old but great fun!

DancingRoundTheKitchen · 09/08/2013 11:25

Yes, I used to have Tae Bo on video - it was great.
At the moment I'm alternating between jillian michaels banish fat, boost metabolism and no more trouble zones.
Also using cindy Crawford shape your body (another old but good one). I think it's really good for toning.

Thanks,there some good ideas there.
I want to join a gym but realistically I don't think I will have time to go until my youngest starts school in a year's time.

Insanity, Focus T25, Rushfit, Jillian Michaels (vast collection!) are my main ones.

CadiM · 11/08/2013 12:44

Fitness Blender, I am doing the second of their eight-week programmes so it's a different workout each day.

WileyRoadRunner · 12/08/2013 14:42

Like Dancing I alternate Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones.

I have been doing the Power90 workout by beachbody- www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/power90.do

It's a really great workout and pushes you to keep with the program. It's great for people who are looking to get back into a workout routine so I think this would be perfect for you.
