Just got so fed up with jumping around with little happening. Done The Shred and curcuits but it bores me. Read loads about core strength exercises and have tried bodypump and I love it! You can really feel it the next day and think this suits me better.
Wonder if there are any long termers on here who have gained great body form from it. I am currently only lifting 4.5kg until I get to grip with the routine and the endless squats!
