DD2 is 14 weeks and I've done no exercise since she was born. Am starting to go a bit mad and need some stress relief but I still have PGP symptoms so a bit wary of anything high impact like running, and still bfing (she won't have a bottle) so little chance of getting out for a class in the evening. What can I do in the evening, maybe for 15-20 mins that will have some effect but not wreck my pelvis? I've got a general Davina DVD but find it very dull and repetitive, and 30 day shred is too much atm. I like yoga / pilates but need something more active iykwim. Any recommendations?

I had PGP, I feel your pain! Are you up for a hilly power-walk with your DD in the pram?

Yes, but my 5yo not so much. I'd like something I could do by myself really so that I wasn't having to worry about crying / feeding for a bit.
