A wee bit of support...

Hi there ladies,

I am looking for a bit of support because I am now going full steam ahead trying to get up the duff. I have even stopped wine Shock

I have been half heartedly shagging for 7mths and nothing! So it's time to get serious and my health is definitely something with room for improvement...

So, as I said alcohol out, fruit in! I have wee ovulating sticks but I need to up the ante in the exercise front. This is where I need the support.

I have a wonderful, supportive marathon running hubby who can't understand how 'due to your physicality' I can't run a 10k straight off the bat. I am quite slender so apparently I have a natural ability to run?!?! My puffed outness may beg to differ...

Monday (well Sunday is never a good day to start these things) I am off to 7.15am metafit.

I am using you mumsnetters as my conscience and motivation so I will check back in on Monday night and let you know how it goes. Or maybe a run instead (I only ever achieve 2 mile jog/walks).

Anyway too-da-loo for now!

xx
