I had ignored then of late but having agreed a new routine with my PT, intend to incorporate kettlebells into my routine going forward.
I'm intrigued as to what others do with kettlebelks. Any great routines you'd share? If you're willing to share, what weight you do and what you do with it...
I'm 5' and about 145lbs (so overweight but fairly fit) if it matters. I'm supposed to be focused on weightloss right now, but DM somewhat distracted by fitness. Trainer seems to think I'm a bit good at kettlebells but I don't trust these things....
