Camelbak bumbags/ hydrtation rucksacks

I'm getting very dehydrated so late so thought of buying one of these. Has anyone run with them?

DH has one and from his moaning I think they are a bugger to clean.

Cleaning isn't a problem if you only use water, rinse through immediately after use and then pop in a freezer bag and drop in the freezer. If you develop a problem use a milton solution to clean and then rinse thoroughly.
