Hi, title says it all really. Still suffer with pain in pelvis and lower back most of the time and manage it with painkillers and TENS. Have crap stomach muscles, ie none (!) and found Pilates made my lower back suffer - was probably using my back rather than my core?
I love Bodypump as your feet are mainly "planted" on the floor so I seem to manage ok (if I preload with ibuprofen and paracetamol lol) but there aren't many classes I can get to these days. I MUST do something about the muffin top which has appeared in my 40s and wondered about a DVD which I can do at home. Any advice would be very welcome. Will check back in when I can - thank you in advance
