I did the C25K a while ago and I can now run 5k in 40mins by myself and I managed 35mins at the first (and only Parkrun) I've been to. I've got a running buddy and we try to go once a week. She's a bit faster than me but we manage to run together. I'm curious about running clubs/groups? So any of you who run with one can you tell me a bit about them? How do you find one? How do they cater for different abilities? Should I wait until I'm a bit faster first? Do they vary their workouts/routes? Not sure what to ask, just tell me what comes to mind!
