Something to burn off DC energy in back yard?

I have a paved back yard and would like something to put in it which will occupy DSs 10 and 8 when they have reached the end of their mime craft time for the day. At least for half an hour...

We have a sad old swing ball. I could replace that but it's really a game for 2 and sometimes we need something for 3 or 4. On the plus side swing ball is not that expensive.

I wondered about an outdoor ping pong table. It would need to live outside all the time and there is one in Argos for £500+. This is quite a lot of cash! Also I think I would spend my time fishing ping pong balls out of the bushes which I have all the way round the edges of the yard.

Any views?

Well i am thinking about buying DS (only 2.8) a trampoline. you can get one for about 100quid

Badminton ?

I'll second the trampoline but it's only safe for one at a time. Deffo need one with a safety net on a paved area...

Basketball hoop?

Climbing wall?

We want a TT table, Decathlon do outdoor ones for £350.

Badminton would be cheaper, I think. I was worried about losing shuttlecocks but as the table tennis balls will be all over the place it is probably much of a muchness.

They would like a trampoline but you can't pack it away as easily and it would just dominate the view from the kitchen.

THanks all!
