Can I do this programme on a treadmill? If I do, does it have to be adapted in any way?

Not an expert, but I don't see why not. It's low intensity jogging/walking that is built up over time. The only drawback would be that I should imagine having to speed up and slow down the machine might be a bit of a faff.

You could easily cross-train with a rowing machine or bike on the non-running days if the gym is nearby.

At least you won't get rained on, and maybe watch eastenders at the same time!

Yes i've done it twice on the treadmill. Gets easier as the weeks go on and you're not stop starting all the time.

My treadmill actually has touch screen buttons for speed so I don't need to scroll up to 10km/h I just press "10" when its time to run

But yes absolutely easy with a treadmill.
