Hello please can someone recommend an exercise DVD? I used to go the gym every other day up until 3 years ago when I found out I was pregnant but its not really possible now due to financial and time constraints but I do miss exercise.

Shred?

they are all good, so long as you actually follow them rather than leave them in the wrapper Grin

Checkout the beach body web page. They do a series of DVDs, all pretty hardcore!

I'm currently doing insanity 30 to 50 mins a day, 6 days a week.

They have just launched t25 which is a 25 min work out daily

I'm doing x train fit and really enjoying it. It's hard work but over 2 months in I've lost about 9 lbs and am really toning up and noticing such a difference. It's quite no frills and basic but absolutely fab value for money.

The 30 day Shred is good at getting you back into fitness. It is what it says. 30 days, 20 minutes a day (though you can have a rest day if you need it).

But it's very American and annoying so I only ever used it for the month and then went back to my Davina DVDs. All of hers are brilliant, she's pretty pleasant, trainers know what they're doing, they're having fun and it works.
