C25K on a Shuffle?

I've decided that I need to give running a go, but only have a Shuffle to download onto.

I'm struggling to find anything that is Shuffle compatible.

Can anyone help?

Can't you just take the other tracks off the shuffle whilst you do the C25K?

Put it on as a playlist

I just took everything else off the shuffle (saved as a playlist) and downloaded one week at a time of the C25K from the NHS choices website.
